I rarely shop at Forever21, I think I only had 1 item from F21 before today. I never really liked the store setup and their fitting room line-up is always crazy and quality is not very good. When I passed through the store today (kinda doing a shortcut from one entrance to another exit), I saw the Marled Top (bottom photo), and don't know why, it just caught my eyes. On my way to the fitting room, I told myself if there's more than 3 people, then forget it. The store I went to, F21 displays their on-sale items right beside their fitting room, so I have to go check it out. As I was browsing, I came cross the jacket (top photo). I love the style!! Been looking for something like this for a while, especially how the neck part is styled. Most importantly, the price is something I'm willing to spend. It's original price was 72 CAD, and it's now on sale for 17.50CAD!!!
So I went to the fitting room, and guess what! There's only 1 people lined up for the fitting room on a Saturday and these 2 items turned out to be the perfect size. Alright, that's it, now I have to buy it! I did debate a bit about the top, since it's on regular price and it's 17CAD (which, more reason to buy the jacket not the top). But, there's just once in a while (really??) that you see something that you have to get... so... I decided to give F21 anther chance and headed to the cashier.
PS: The only item that I own prior to today's purchase was a thin jacket that I bought last summer. The first time I wore it, the buttons came off. It's is not those typical buttons that I can just saw back, I had to get it fixed and spent about 1/2 of the price that I paid for the jacket to get those 2 bottoms back to where they were. After couple wears, the pocket lining started to tare and I'm yet to find a way to saw it w/out having to pay for alteration again!! sigh...
