I've seen a lot of people on youtube purchasing stuff from Bubble Bar so I want to give it a try! I don't normally purchase accessories online because I want to make sure everything is fine and nothing broken, scratched, or missing....
Bubble Bar came today (had to pick up from US)....
The envelope included the return form....
I like how each necklace is wrapped in a bag...
and I love the first one!!
BUT!! WTH!! This necklace missed 9+ crystals... even a big one!!! Disappointed!
I think they should've at least check before they ship?
I emailed Bubble Bar right away and asked for a refund because there's no way I'm driving back to US and return it (and I don't think I can return it anyway, because it's a final sale item).
Thank God, the customer service people returned my email right away and they're give me a website credit for this necklace.
A bit sad that this is a faulty necklace, but their customer service is not bad!
